About 15 years ago, I began producing performances with horses in live shows, film and TV - and in the process discovered an unbeatable & effective way of working with and training my horses, enabling them to fulfil their fullest potential - and for me to achieve my goals of providing outstanding equine performances in theatres and venues all over the world.
As a result of my experience in action films and shows, the horse community started coming to me to learn how to be more confident in situations with their horse, like rearing, falling, spinning, & bucking. I saw that I could share the confidence strategies that I was using to achieve the full-on high action performances demanded of me, to help other riders to feel confident in their own challenges when getting on and riding their horse.
So I wrote "Control Your Stress and Enjoy Your Horse - Confidence Strategies for Pleasure Riders"
The advice in my book, "Control Your Stress and Enjoy Your Horse" is universal to all horsemanship disciplines, but I am still constantly begged to share MY actual methods of training my outstanding performance horses to do what we do.
In my work as an Equine Showman, I have performed with horses in challenging environments - music, lights, smoke, fireworks, visual effects, bands, audiences, motorbikes, - everything imaginable and the horses happily rose to the challenge every time. I have never felt the need to share my training methods and philosophy, as there are many great systems of horsemanship out there already.
But people kept asking, and asking, and asking, so now I have finally bowed to popular demand and now, FOR THIS TIME ONLY, I have produced this video training. This video training shows the philosophy & methodology of horsemanship that I use to produce impeccable horses, outstanding performances and amazing shows and I explain how this philosophy allows me to enjoy the success that I have.
